Transform Cambodia is a ministry of Transform Christian Centre (Inc) - a non denominational Association set up by Perth businessmen Mark Patterson and Ken Loughton.  It is underwritten by Newseasons Christian Centre - a private foundation.

The Board of Transform Christian Centre has five members who oversee the operations and ensure compliance with the constitution.  No director receives any income or financial benefit from Transform.  The accounts are audited annually.
